Challenge

Choosing a cleaning service means trusting a team with your home. For LifeMaidEasy, the design challenge was to make that team more visible, explain the services and areas covered, and give visitors a straightforward way to request a quote. The redesign also needed to retain the brand’s recognizable pink identity.

What we did

  • Reworked the hero around prominent cleaning-team photography
  • Brought service examples, customer reviews, and before-and-after images into the page flow
  • Designed service-area, team, blog, and frequently asked question pages
  • Created a short quote form with clear, repeated entry points
  • Adapted the layouts for mobile while keeping quote buttons easy to find
How It Started

It started with a single booked call. Phil LaChance, a principal designer at Seamless.

A site that size, carrying serious traffic and real revenue, is a risky thing to tear up all at once. So rather than pitch the entire redesign up front, we proposed a way to prove the value first, on a small slice, before anyone committed to the whole thing.

Phil had followed Adrian on X for about three years, a fan of his design work and ebooks, so when DesignMe launched he already trusted the team.
